I’m really not happy about the fact that their website advertises the pet wash closing at 9pm. I drove all the way here from Pearl only to be told they close it at 8 for cleaning. They should update their hours instead of wasting your time.

This really was a very uneventful run to get chick feed until the cashier smile at me. It was so refreshing, warm and genuine. I wish I could remember her name. Good job tractor supply for hiring such a beautiful light.

Today customer service would be better from one of the larger stores in the area. Wanted to purchase bags outside for the garden. Went in to purchase and cashier couldn’t complete the transaction because she didn’t know how to look up an item. Instead of asking for help she told me to go out there and gather information and come back in. At that point, I Figured I would be loading the merchandise by myself after returning and having to stand in line again.

My goodness this store. Never had a bad experience in person, the employees are all kind and helpful. But for some reason when you have an online order for pickup, if you don't pick it up, they will charge you even though you didn't get the items you paid for. It specifically says in the email, and I quote, "If items are not picked up by that date, we'll cancel the order." THAT'S NOT TRUE! Be warned, they will charge you and then give you the run-around on getting a refund. Happened to us twice, so it wasn't just a fluke. Don't know how they think it's ok to charge people for items that are still in their store, but there you have it.

These people flat-out lied to me. I went in my SUV to fill a 20lb. gas grill tank with propane lime I have many times before. They told me they cannot fill it by law if I transported the tank in my SUV. They said the Fire Marshall would fine them $10,000 if they did. I left and called fire stations, the local and state Fire Marshall office. None had any idea what I was talking about, and referred me to statutes, which say nothing about a small cylinder being transported in an SUV. The closest to any mention was the suggestion for a vehicle to have some ventilation in transport. I asked the TS clerks if they would object if I bought two cases of propane torch fuel, over 20 lbs., and put them in my SUV and they were reluctant to admit that is OK, understanding their hypocrisy. Tractor Supply in Flowood are liars and do not deserve your business.
